Purpose of the service

ScanToSec provides an automated security diagnostic service to help site owners quickly identify vulnerabilities, exposed files, and sensitive configurations.

Acceptance and user responsibility

The user undertakes not to submit sites they are not authorized to analyze and to use the results responsibly, exclusively for security and compliance purposes.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided for informational purposes only. ScanToSec cannot be held liable for direct or indirect consequences arising from the use of the results or from the absence of remediation of detected flaws.

Confidentiality of data

The data entered in the form and the elements transmitted during the scan are processed with the highest confidentiality and are not shared without explicit consent.

Business accounts and quotas

Business accounts are subject to the terms of the selected plan, including the number of included sites or scans and the plan validity period. Quotas are renewed according to the frequency defined by the plan. Any quota not used by the end of that period is permanently forfeited and cannot be carried over, accumulated, or transferred to the following period.

Affiliate programme

The affiliate programme allows registered partners to recommend ScanToSec through a dedicated link or code. Commissions are calculated and paid in accordance with the rules of the programme in force, subject to confirmation of the relevant payment and compliance with these terms. Deceptive or unlawful practices, or any conduct that harms ScanToSec’s reputation, may result in account suspension and cancellation of the related commissions.

Changes to the conditions

These conditions may be updated at any time. The changes take effect as soon as they are published on the site.
